Tips for Developing Your Marketing Strategy: Product, Place, Promotion & Price

Here I’ll discuss the four basic aspects and tips that you need to consider when you set
out to market a new product or service. In every marketing class or seminar it is always
stressed that you need to consider the 4 P’s of marketing. Here I discuss this in relation
to marketing the WorldwideBrands.com Membership.

So let’s just jump right in….

Product:  You’ve chosen to promote Worldwide Brands, Inc and all that our company stands
for and we thank you! We only deal with ethical people and encourage our customers to be
wary of all the “get rich quick” schemes that are out on the market. We have made a name
for ourselves as the honest, straight-up company who will tell it like it is. We pride
ourselves on all the education that we provide; before and after a prospect becomes a
Worldwide Brands member. Since Worldwide Brands is a business to business service there are
many other products that work well when coupled with the WBI service. REMINDER: When
choosing another product or company to promote be sure to do your research! The other
product or service that you promote should be one that people are looking for, so do your
market research. At Worldwide Brands we tell our customers to not choose a product that
they WANT to sell in their online stores, but rather to choose a product that people are
SEARCHING for. The same is true for affiliate programs.

Place: For people starting an online store, the “place” factor refers to what platform they
want to sell on. For example, Yahoo!, eBay, Amazon, or their own store. In the affiliate
realm, this means picking where you are going to market. This might include PPC using
Google, Yahoo!, or MSN. Or, it might mean that you are going to write articles and submit
them to article directories. Another option to market your chosen product or company is to
create videos and place these on your website with links back to the merchant’s site (with
your affiliate id of course).

Promotion: Promote yourself! Become an authority on the subject or product that you are
promoting; affiliates who succeed in the Worldwide Brands affiliate program do this very
well. Pre-sell the product or service before you ask a person to click through your link.
The Worldwide Brands affiliate program is a B2B affiliate program. Often B2B can be more
work initially, but boy does it pay off when your sales come rolling in! Be creative! I
can’t stress this enough. Competing against other affiliates who have been doing this for a
while can be daunting. Spend some time thinking about how you can stand out from the crowd,
and do something different. If you think that you have a hair-brained idea go with it and
give it a try anyway. You can also call or email me, and I’ll work with you to refine it
and i’ll try to provide you with what you with what is needed to make it work.

Price: The price of the Worldwide Brands Membership can sometimes make it a difficult sell
to prospects who are shopping around. In your pre-sell it’s a good idea to list all that
Worldwide Brands Members get that the competitors don’t offer. For example, Worldwide
Brands members have unlimited access to The Whole$ale, eBiz education & the Online Profits
Forum – where they have access to our CEO, President, and other staff members – as well as
other eBiz owners who have gone through or are going through the same struggles that they
may be experiencing. This kind of resource is priceless. Other aspects to note are the
Market Research, Competition Analysis, and a database of over 8000 verified wholesale
suppliers who represent over 8 million products.

Some people think that selling online may be a part-time thing, or don’t really think of it
as an actual business. This is definitely the wrong mindset to have. Starting a business
online is complex, and can be very confusing, and time consuming especially if you
haven’t got a clue even where to begin. There are so many different things to consider that
you don’t think of when you first set out to sell online.

When starting an eBiz, you’re starting a business. It’s not a hobby. If you want to
actually make money in your eBiz, you need to treat it as what it is; a real, live business
that can and will support you and your family if you do it correctly. This is true
regardless of whether you choose to be an affiliate, or an online seller.

Worldwide Brands’ goal is to help budding entrepreneurs become a success, so we provide a
lot of information to help people become successful. As our affiliate you can use all the
content on our site (reword, and credit Worldwide Brands please) to help you create
valuable content for your site too.

ATTENTION:I’ve got some exciting news! We already have some great new content for you.
